Is my data really private?

Yes, absolutely. All your data stays on your device. We have no servers, no cloud storage, and no way to access your information. Your data never leaves your iPhone.

Can I backup my data?

Yes! You can export your data as a CSV file at any time from the app settings. Your data is also included in your iPhone's iCloud backup if you have that enabled. However, we don't have access to your iCloud backup—that's between you and Apple.

Does Bloom Private sync across devices?

No. To maintain complete privacy, we do not sync data across devices. Each device stores its data locally and independently. If you use multiple devices, you'll need to manually export and import data if you want to transfer it.

Is Bloom Private a contraceptive method?

No. Bloom Private is designed to help you track your menstrual cycle and is not a medical device. It should not be used as the sole method of pregnancy prevention. Please consult with a healthcare provider for medical advice.

How accurate are the predictions?

Cycle predictions become more accurate over time as the app learns your personal patterns. The accuracy depends on consistent logging and the regularity of your cycle. We use advanced algorithms to provide the best predictions possible based on your data.

How do I export my data?

You can export your data from the Settings screen in the app. Free users can export as CSV format, which you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application. Premium users also have access to professional PDF export with all your data formatted beautifully.
