Why can't I buy the subscription directly on the website?
Our philosophy is privacy by design. By not processing payments on our website, we avoid collecting your bank details, emails, or creating customer databases on external servers. Trusting transactions to Apple's secure ecosystem (App Store) allows us to keep your identity and health data completely separate and anonymous.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You are in absolute control at all times. Cancellations are managed 100% securely and directly from the Settings > Subscriptions section of your Apple account (Apple ID) on your iPhone. You can cancel your plan at any time, with no friction or complicated processes.
