Cookie Policy

bloomprivate.com does not set any cookies. It only uses your browser's local storage to remember preferences you choose yourself:

• bloom-locale: the language you pick in the language selector.
• theme: light or dark mode, when you use the theme switch.
• bloom-notice-dismissed: that you closed the “No tracking here” notice, so it is not shown again.

These values stay in your browser, are never sent to us and have no expiry date until you delete them. Because they only store settings you explicitly request, they are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI and article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

No analytics (such as Google Analytics), no advertising or retargeting, no social media plugins, no tracking pixels and no fonts or scripts loaded from third-party servers. Every page is served from bloomprivate.com only.

The website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs. It does not set cookies on our pages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You can delete them at any time from your browser settings (site data for bloomprivate.com) or by clearing your browsing data. The site will keep working; it will simply forget your language and theme.

If we ever add cookies or technologies that are not strictly necessary (for example, analytics), we will ask for your consent first, with “Accept” and “Reject” options offered on equal terms, and update this policy.
